Where are your products made?
All our clothing items and towels are ethically made in a trusted factory in Egypt and are hand finished in our workshop in London.

What type of cotton do you use?
We only use bio-dynamically grown, GOTS certified organic long staple Egyptian cotton for our garments. This means our organic clothing items are produced without using harmful chemicals, pesticides or fertilisers and are of the highest quality, durable and especially soft.

What is GOTS?
GOTS stands for “Global Organic Textile Standard" is a globally recognised certification standard for organic textiles. GOTS sets strict criteria for the entire supply chain of organic textiles, including the production, processing, manufacturing, packaging, labelling, exportation, and distribution of all textiles made from at least 70% certified organic natural fibres. The goal of GOTS is to ensure the organic status of textiles, from the harvesting of raw materials through environmentally and socially responsible manufacturing to labelling.
GOTS certification provides assurance to consumers that the textiles they purchase have been produced in an environmentally and socially responsible manner, and it helps promote sustainable practices in the textile industry.

What is OekoTex?
All other materials (Liberty Fabric, bonding, backing fabric, thread, etc.) used in the manufacturing of our clothing adhere to the Oeko-Tex Standard 100, Product Class I. This standard guarantees that these items have been tested for a range of regulated and non-regulated harmful substances, making them baby and child safe

Can I make changes to my order?

Do you offer a gift service?
You can purchase our gift boxes during the checkout process. We will also add a gift card with a personal message if you wish.

How long will it take to dispatch my order?
We aim to dispatch your order within 1-2 working days, although there may be a slight delay during exceptionally busy periods. Please note that no orders are dispatched during the weekend. If you need your item more urgently please let us know at hello@katzandmouse.co.uk.

How long will it take to get my order?
Once dispatched, our orders will arrive either within 1-2 working days (Express Delivery) or 2-3 working days (Standard Delivery) dependent on the service you have chosen during the checkout process. Please note, Katz & Mouse Limited will not be held responsible for any postal delays which are out of our control. Please refer to your personal tracking information, which will be emailed to you after your purchase.

Do you ship overseas?
Unfortunately we are only able to accept UK orders at the moment.

What if my item arrives damaged?
We understand how disappointing this can be and are happy to help resolve this . Please contact us at returns@katzandmouse.co.uk with your order number, a brief description of the damage and a picture of the damaged item to start the returns process.
