Returns and Refunds

We want you to be delighted with your purchase, but if you are not and would like to return or exchange an item for any reason, please email us at returns@katzandmouse.co.uk to start the returns process and to obtain a returns code within 30 days of receiving your order. Please state your order number and the items you would like to return.

We will refund/exchange any item(s) purchased from/with us provided that the items are returned in perfect condition, unworn, unused and unwashed. Items that do not meet our returns policy may be rejected and returned to the customer.

Please note that we will only refund the value of the goods and not the original delivery charge. Katz & Mouse Limited is not liable for return postage costs, but we will cover the postage for any exchanged items if applicable.

We strongly recommend that you return items via a registered/signed-for service and obtain proof of postage, as we cannot accept responsibility for goods lost or damaged during the returns process.

We aim to process your returns within 3-5 working days upon receipt and will notify you once the refund has been processed and approved. Once approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

 Gift Exchanges:

If you have received one of our products as a gift and it is not suitable or does not fit, please email us at returns@katzandmouse.co.uk to start the returns process for the exchange. Please note that we are not able to refund the return postage but will cover the postage for the exchanged items.
